Research-Based Programs Available For Adoption

      SPARK Physical Education:
Sports, Play, and Active Recreation for Kids.
    Disseminated through SPARK Programs.
The SPARK Programs consist of:
  •     Early Childhood (ages 3-5)
  •     Elementary PE (grades K-2 and 3-6)
  •     Lifelong Wellness (formerly Self Management--Levels I and II, grades 4-5 or 5-6
  •     After School (Active Recreation for ages 5-14)
  •     Middle School PE
Each is a complete program that provides consultation and evaluation, curricula, staff development, follow up support, and equipment. SPARK trainers travel nationwide to conduct workshops for physical activity providers, teachers, and specialists.
